How long is the rental period?
Materials are shipped 6 weeks prior to performance
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
What is the fee for adding additional months to the rental period?
There is a $75 fee per month for each additional month.
When do you need to return the materials?
Materials are due back within 2 weeks of the last performance.
A late charge of $50 per week will be billed for late returns.
What are the costs of lost or damaged parts and score?
If materials are found to missing parts or scores, you will receive a letter detailing all missing items and an invoice. The replacement costs are $70 per part and $200 for each score. The cost of a marred score will be $100.
